BROOKLYN, NY — May 31, 2025 — On the last day of May, Industry City erupted with color, cosplay, and kaiju mania as fans of Japanese giant monster culture gathered for the electrifying return of Kaiju Brooklyn 2025. Hosted by Brooklyn ONE Productions and Robo7, the one-day celebration drew collectors, artists, cosplayers, vendors, and superfans into a vibrant collision of art, nostalgia, and community spirit.
From life-sized Godzilla statues and exclusive sofubi drops to dazzling panels and a lively cosplay contest, the event overflowed with monster magic.
Vendors such as @heartbatstudio, @dominick_navarra, @ginodraws, @monsterbloodbath, @moonlairstudio, and @sintron84 offered everything from original artwork and limited edition figures to vibrant kaiju-themed apparel. Linda Miller, known for her role in King Kong Escapes, held a signing table surrounded by vintage posters and memorabilia, adding a touch of cinematic history to the day.
One crowd favorite was the “Godzilla protestor,” holding a sign reading “King Kong Winning = Fake News,” while the day’s host hyped up the cosplay runway with charisma and plenty of camp. @aaimztako turned heads in a custom monster-vine suit, while @tanibburwell stunned in sunny yellow as the crowd cheered her on.
With panels, trading card demos like the Ultraman Card Game, live performances, toy hunts, and nonstop photo ops, Kaiju Brooklyn 2025 wasn’t just a convention—it was a full-blown celebration of monster fandom, creativity, and community.
