PHILADELPHIA — Fan Expo Philadelphia 2026 filled the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Saturday, May 30, bringing together cosplayers, collectors, artists, vendors, celebrities and pop culture fans for a full day of comics, anime, gaming, horror, sci-fi and fantasy.
The convention offered the kind of large-scale fan experience that draws people to major pop culture events: celebrity guests, autograph sessions, photo ops, panels, workshops, vendor shopping and a busy Artist Alley filled with independent creators.
Fans moved between booths, merchandise tables, artwork displays and meet-and-greet opportunities throughout the day. From comic books and collectibles to original artwork, fan-made merchandise, gaming areas and themed displays, the convention floor gave attendees plenty to explore beyond the celebrity lineup.
Celebrity Guests, Artists and Voice Actors
This year’s guest lineup included major names from film, television, comics and animation, including Lord of the Rings cast members Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Orlando Bloom and John Rhys-Davies, along with David Tennant, Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, Mr. T and Dafne Keen.
Comic fans also had a strong lineup of creators, including Jim Lee, Frank Miller and Joe Quesada, while voice acting guests included Jim Cummings, Jennifer Hale, Greg Baldwin and several actors connected to anime, animation and gaming.
Panels, Vendors and Fan Experiences
Across the Pennsylvania Convention Center, fans attended panels, browsed vendor booths, visited themed displays and moved through different fan experiences. The show floor included everything from apparel and collectibles to sweets, gaming areas, wrestling action and a Supernatural-themed Impala display.

Cosplay, Gaming and Convention Floor Energy
Cosplay also played a major role in the atmosphere. Attendees arrived as characters from Marvel, DC, anime, video games, horror, fantasy, Disney, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Kill Bill, The Witcher, Overwatch, Baldur’s Gate 3, Pokémon, SMG4 and more.
Throughout the venue, hallways, stairways, upper-level walkways and lobby areas became informal portrait spaces. Cosplayers posed near Fan Expo signage and throughout the convention center, showing off detailed costumes, handmade props and character-driven performances.

Fan Creativity Across the Convention
For A Fixed Moment, the story was the full mix: artists, vendors, celebrities, collectors, cosplayers and fans all sharing the same space. Fan Expo Philadelphia was not only a place to meet guests or shop for collectibles. It was a weekend built around creativity, fandom and the people who keep those communities active.
