For the first time ever, Anime NYC expanded to a full four days—and honestly, even with that extra time, it still felt like just scratching the surface. The Javits Center was buzzing with energy from open to close, packed with fans, creators, vendors, and cosplayers who turned every aisle into a celebration of anime and fandom culture.
From jaw-dropping cosplays—like those by @ryfam_ , @dragonfeather.cos , @kohmacdas and many other standout creators—to the overwhelming range of panels, premieres, and performances, this year’s event proved why Anime NYC continues to be one of the most anticipated conventions in the city.
Artist Alley was bursting with talent, featuring original art, custom merch, zines, stickers, and prints from both seasoned pros and passionate newcomers. The vendor floor had something for everyone—from vintage imports and limited edition collectibles to quirky plushies and exclusive drops you couldn’t find anywhere else.
And that’s just the start.
This is the first in our multi-part series covering Anime NYC 2025. We’ve got more coming soon—from cosplay highlights to one-on-one chats with artists and creators, plus moments you may have missed (but won’t forget once you see them). Stay tuned!
